WE CONSIDER NEW MATTERS MEETING THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• patent litigation where more than $25,000,000 in damages can be established against at least one infringer,
• commercial litigation where more than $20,000,000 is at stake, or
• arbitrations where more than $10,000,000 is at stake.

We also consider matters where slightly less is at stake but the matter has a trial or arbitration scheduled to begin within 60 to 90 days.
